The ocean is a great place to hang out but the recent events on Stellwagen and Hampton Harbor needs to remind us that it can also be a dangerous place. on the crossroads fishing report webpage there are two pictures of a 31' Fountain sinking and one of the anglers was using a throw cushion as a life vest. Lets be thankful no one got hurt and remember the basics above all having all the proper safety gear. It can happen to you.
Also two anglers died allegedly they fell from their vessel after hitting a rock in Hampton Harbor at night. Our thoughts go out to the families of the two fallen fisherman.
