If you select an existing deposit in the register, you will be given the opportunity to delete it from the Edit toolbar.

To begin, go to the top of the menu bar and select Lists.
After that, choose the Chart of Accounts.
After that, select Deposit by double-clicking on Account.
You must first choose a payment from the list in order to delete it.
Select Edit from the top menu bar, then Delete Line from the drop-down menu.
If you want to delete the entire amount, click Delete Deposit.
Finally, when prompted to remove the transaction, select Ok.
