I recently purchased dresses from a brand on Instagram. They were poor quality and poor fitting. I have been trying to exchange the pieces but the customer service is so poor. This is the unfortunate reality of buying on social media. If the site is a business account there must be a customer review button so that customers are not duped and the brand takes responsibility for the purchase and exchange.

If it’s there- it’s too obscure! ( I for one can’t find it ) Instagram only leads you to the product - they have no account of your purchase . My take is that every brand that is advertised on Instagram must come with customer reviews in the bio part of the brand
