Hey fellow travelers, buckle up for a post about navigating the hawaiian airlines terminal at lax (Los Angeles International Airport). I just flew with them recently and, let's just say, it was an adventure!

The Good:

Terminal B (Tom Bradley International Terminal): Hawaiian Airlines moved to Terminal B in October 2021. This is a much bigger and more modern terminal compared to their previous digs. It's got a spacious gate area, plenty of dining options (from poke bowls to sushi!), and even a duty-free shop for last-minute souvenirs.
West Gates: Hawaiian Airlines operates out of the West Gates (gates 201-225) at Terminal B. They're located a bit of a walk from the main building, but hey, think of it as pre-vacation exercise! Just factor in 15-20 minutes of walking time after security to make sure you catch your flight.
Hawaiian Vibes: The terminal has a touch of Hawaiian charm, with tropical plants and island music playing in the background. It's a nice way to get in the Aloha spirit before you even reach the islands!
The Not-So-Good:

The Walk: I mentioned it before, but the walk to the West Gates can be a bit of a trek. If you have mobility limitations, be sure to request assistance at the check-in counter.
Construction: LAX is constantly under construction, and Terminal B is no exception. Expect detours and temporary closures. My advice? Pack your patience and a good book for any unexpected delays.
Crowds: Hawaiian Airlines is a popular choice for island getaways, so expect Terminal B to be busy, especially during peak travel times. Arrive early and be prepared for a little island-style hustle.
Overall:

While navigating the Hawaiian Airlines terminal at LAX can be a bit of a challenge, the modern facilities and island vibes definitely make up for it. Just remember to factor in the walk time, pack your patience, and get ready for some island fever before you even take off!

Tips for fellow travelers:

Check the Hawaiian Airlines website for the latest terminal and gate information before you fly.
Download the Hawaiian Airlines app to track your flight and check in online.
If you have any questions, don't hesitate to ask the friendly staff at the check-in counter or gate.
Relax, take in the Hawaiian vibes, and get excited for your island adventure!
