Super P-Force Oral Jelly contains two active ingredients: sildenafil citrate, which is used to treat erectile dysfunction (ED), and dapoxetine, which is used to treat premature ejaculation (PE). While it can be an effective treatment for both conditions, there are certain situations when you should avoid taking Super P-Force Oral Jelly:
Hypersensitivity or Allergy: If you have a known hypersensitivity or allergy to sildenafil citrate, dapoxetine, or any other ingredients in Super P-Force Oral Jelly, you should avoid taking this medication. Allergic reactions can range from mild skin reactions to severe reactions such as anaphylaxis, which can be life-threatening.
Nitrates: Super P-Force Oral Jelly should not be taken concurrently with nitrates or nitric oxide donors, as this combination can lead to a dangerous drop in blood pressure. Nitrates are commonly used to treat chest pain (angina) and include medications such as nitroglycerin. Combining Super P-Force Oral Jelly with nitrates can result in a sudden and significant decrease in blood pressure, leading to fainting, dizziness, or even heart attack or stroke.
Nitric Oxide Donors: In addition to nitrates, certain other medications or substances that release nitric oxide, such as amyl nitrite (poppers), should be avoided while taking Super P-Force Oral Jelly due to the potential for a dangerous interaction.
Heart Conditions: If you have a history of certain cardiovascular conditions, such as recent heart attack, stroke, unstable angina, severe heart failure, or severe arrhythmias, you should use caution when taking Super P-Force Oral Jelly. Sildenafil citrate can affect heart function and may exacerbate these conditions.
Liver or Kidney Impairment: Individuals with severe liver or kidney impairment may have difficulty metabolizing and eliminating the medications in Super P-Force Oral Jelly, leading to an increased risk of side effects. Dosage adjustments or alternative treatments may be necessary in these cases.
Certain Eye Conditions: Super P-Force Oral Jelly may cause changes in vision or vision loss in some individuals. If you have a history of certain eye conditions such as retinitis pigmentosa, non-arteritic anterior ischemic optic neuropathy (NAION), or severe vision loss in one or both eyes, you should use caution when taking this medication.
It's important to discuss your medical history and any current medications with a healthcare provider before starting treatment with Super P-Force Oral Jelly. They can help determine if this medication is safe and appropriate for you based on your individual health profile.
