Has anyone outsourced a virtual CFO? What was your experience and what should I look out for?
Hi all,
I'm considering outsources virtual cfo for my small but growing business. As we expand, the financial management is becoming more complex, and I think a virtual CFO could provide the expertise we need without the cost of a full-time hire.
For those of you who have gone down this path, what has your experience been like? What are the benefits and drawbacks you've encountered? Additionally, are there any specific qualifications or red flags I should be aware of when selecting a virtual CFO service?
Any recommendations for reputable virtual CFO firms would also be appreciated!
