Check that you're Chromecast device is kept up to current. Make sure that the Prime Video app and iOS or Android devices are current. If you're on the Android device, make sure that Google Play Services are also current. Prime Video on Fire Tablet doesn't work. Prime Video app on Fire Tablet isn't able to connect with Chromecast. Chromecast.
