The CIPD Word Count Policy Level 3 is fixed at 3000 words +- 10%. Learners need to declare their word count on the submission of the project and task. If a word count of a project is over 3300 plus in that case the CIPD will only examine the content up to 3300 word counts and as well any word counts above 300 word counts the CIPD will not examined. So, students who submit and upload an assignment written with less than 2700 word counts will not be punished for this nor they will be given an F grade depending on their word count.
