Extra Super Zhewitra is a combination medication that contains two active ingredients: Vardenafil (60 mg) – A PDE5 inhibitor, which helps treat erectile dysfunction (ED) by increasing blood flow to the penis. Dapoxetine (60 mg) – A selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor (SSRI) used to treat premature ejaculation (PE) by delaying ejaculation and improving sexual control. While Extra Super Zhewitra can be very effective for both ED and PE, there are specific situations when you should avoid using this medication. When to Avoid Extra Super Zhewitra: If You Are Taking Nitrate Medications: Do not take Extra Super Zhewitra if you are using nitrate medications for chest pain (e.g., nitroglycerin, isosorbide dinitrate) or have been prescribed any nitrate-based medication. Extra Super Zhewitra combination can cause a severe drop in blood pressure, which can be life-threatening. Heart Conditions: If you have a history of heart disease, stroke, arrhythmias, or other serious cardiovascular conditions, you should avoid using Extra Super Zhewitra, as it can cause an increase in heart rate and can put extra strain on the heart. It is also not recommended if you have low blood pressure or uncontrolled high blood pressure. Severe Liver or Kidney Disease: If you have severe liver or kidney disease, you should avoid using this medication or consult a doctor for proper dose adjustments, as the drug may accumulate in the body, leading to increased risk of side effects. Allergic Reactions: If you are allergic to Vardenafil, Dapoxetine, or any other components in Extra Super Zhewitra, you should avoid taking the medication. Symptoms of an allergic reaction include rash, itching, swelling (especially of the face/tongue/throat), severe dizziness, or trouble breathing. If You Have a History of Eye Problems: If you have a history of retinitis pigmentosa (an inherited eye disease), or other eye conditions like non-arteritic anterior ischemic optic neuropathy (NAION), you should avoid using this medication due to the potential risk of vision problems.
