When taking Vilitra 60 (a medication containing Vardenafil, typically used for treating erectile dysfunction), you should avoid the following:
Alcohol: Consuming alcohol in large amounts while taking Vilitra 60mg can increase the risk of side effects, such as dizziness, headache, or low blood pressure. It can also reduce the effectiveness of the medication.
Grapefruit and Grapefruit Juice: Grapefruit can interfere with the metabolism of Vardenafil in the body, increasing the risk of side effects or making the medication less effective.
High-fat meals: Eating a high-fat meal may delay the absorption of Vardenafil, potentially reducing its effectiveness.
Nitrates or Nitroglycerin: Avoid taking Vilitra if you are using any form of nitrate medications, commonly prescribed for chest pain (angina). The combination of nitrates and Vardenafil can cause a dangerous drop in blood pressure.
Other Erectile Dysfunction Medications: Do not combine Vilitra 60 with other medications used to treat erectile dysfunction (such as Sildenafil, Tadalafil, or others), as this can increase the risk of side effects.
Severe heart or liver conditions: If you have severe heart conditions, liver problems, or a recent history of stroke or heart attack, consult your doctor before taking Vilitra 60, as it may not be safe for you.
