I was impressed by the professionalism and friendliness of the workers during my most recent United Airlines CDG Terminal. Everyone was polite and effective from check-in to boarding. When someone asked for a seat upgrade, the customer service desk helped them right away, and the security checks went smoothly. The terminal had convenient lounges, well-maintained facilities, and obvious signs. All in all, the process was easy, friendly, and well-planned, which reduced my anxiety as I left Paris.
