So I run a small dev shop, and we’ve been thinking about outsourcing our web testing for a while now. We’ve been doing all the QA in-house, but it’s getting harder to keep up as we take on more clients. I’m looking into outsourcing web testing services to see if it would help us scale a bit without losing quality.
I came across https://testing4success.com/ and they seem pretty solid, but I’d love to hear from anyone who has actually worked with them or a similar QA service. How was the communication? Did they catch issues that your internal team missed? How long did it take to onboard them? Also wondering if anyone has had a bad experience too, just trying to get the full picture before jumping in.
If you’ve outsourced QA before or have thoughts on testing services in general, I’d really appreciate the insight.
