Tadalafil 20 mg should NOT be taken with nitrates or nitrate-containing medications. Why? Tadalafil (active ingredient in Vidalista) is a PDE5 inhibitor that relaxes blood vessels and improves blood flow. Nitrates (used for chest pain, Vidalista 20 , or heart problems) also dilate blood vessels. Taking both together can cause a dangerous drop in blood pressure, which can lead to dizziness, fainting, heart attack, or stroke. Important Advice: Always tell your doctor if you are taking nitrates or any heart medication. Never combine Vidalista or any ED medication with nitrates. If you experience chest pain while taking Vidalista, do not take nitrates; seek emergency medical help immediately.
