Hey everyone,
I'm curious if anyone else feels this way: I absolutely love my creative hobbies (for me, it's [mention your hobby, e.g., "painting and playing guitar"]), and I really believe they're crucial for mental well-being and just general happiness. However, lately, with work, family commitments, and just the general grind of daily life, I'm finding it incredibly challenging to carve out consistent time for them.
It feels like if I don't set aside dedicated blocks, the days just fly by, and suddenly weeks have passed without me picking up a brush or an instrument. Then I feel guilty or frustrated that I'm not doing something I enjoy and that recharges me.
