Vidalista 2.5 mg contains tadalafil, primarily used to treat erectile dysfunction by relaxing blood vessels and improving blood flow. While its main action targets the penile blood vessels, tadalafil also affects other parts of the body, including the lungs, by relaxing smooth muscles and dilating blood vessels.
