Tadacip 20 mg contains tadalafil, a medication commonly used to treat erectile dysfunction (ED) and sometimes benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH). Its main action on the arteries is to relax and widen them, improving blood flow.

Tadalafil works by inhibiting an enzyme called phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE5), which normally breaks down a molecule called cyclic guanosine monophosphate (cGMP). cGMP is responsible for relaxing smooth muscle cells in blood vessel walls. When PDE5 is blocked, cGMP levels increase, causing the arteries—especially those supplying the penis—to dilate (expand).

This dilation leads to increased blood flow through the arteries, helping men with ED achieve and maintain an erection during sexual stimulation. Besides the penile arteries, tadalafil can also affect other blood vessels, causing mild lowering of blood pressure and improved circulation in some tissues.

This effect on arteries explains why tadalafil should be used cautiously in people taking nitrates or certain blood pressure medications, as combined effects can cause excessive lowering of blood pressure.

In summary, TADACIP 20 MG relaxes and widens arteries by enhancing cGMP levels, which increases blood flow, primarily aiding erectile function but also affecting overall vascular tone. Always use under medical supervision to avoid risks.
