Sildisoft is a brand name for sildenafil citrate. According to the latest World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA) Prohibited List in force (including the 2024 and 2025 editions), sildenafil (including branded formulations like Sildisoft) is not prohibited in sports competition.

Sildisoft Tablets (sildenafil) is not on the WADA Prohibited List, and athletes may use it under normal conditions.

It may require a Therapeutic Use Exemption (TUE) if used in competition and needed for medical reasons.

Some sports organizations (e.g. freediving) may require documentation or prohibit use without prescription even if WADA doesn’t.
