Hey everyone,
We ship to some pretty remote areas, and it’s hard to find a logistics company in India that delivers to every corner. I heard TCI Express claims coverage of over 12,000 pin codes. Impressive—but is it true?
If you’ve used their services in Tier 3 towns or rural belts, please share your experience. Do they deliver on time? How’s the quality of service in these areas?
Also, how do they handle returns, delays, or damage claims?
