I recently visited the AirlinesOfficeLocation and thought it might be helpful to see what others experienced as well. Personally, I went in to get some clarification about baggage allowances and ended up having a surprisingly smooth experience. The staff were pretty friendly and explained everything clearly, which made the process much easier than trying to figure it out online. I did have to wait about 30 minutes before being helped, but it was still better than sitting on the phone.
The only real downside was the limited parking nearby — I had to circle the area a couple of times before finding a spot. It wasn’t a major issue, but it’s something to keep in mind if you’re planning to go.
Has anyone else visited the office recently? Did you find the service helpful, or did you run into problems? I’d really like to hear how it went for other travelers.
