Silditop 100, a medication that contains sildenafil citrate as its active ingredient, is widely used to treat erectile dysfunction. While sildenafil itself (under the brand name Viagra by Pfizer) has been approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) since 1998, Silditop 100mg specifically is not an FDA-approved brand. It is generally manufactured by pharmaceutical companies in India and is sold in international markets, often as a lower-cost alternative to Viagra. Since it is not evaluated or regulated by the FDA, its quality, safety, and effectiveness are not guaranteed to U.S. standards. Patients in the United States should be cautious and consult a doctor before purchasing or using Silditop 100.
