Personally, this bar only appears on my screen when there is a sharp drop to 20 frames per second. I've just had some problems with my video card, but I can't figure out the cause yet. Is the FPS bar enabled in Counter Strike 2? How difficult is it to do?

Most likely, it is not cooling properly and, as a result, overheating. Have you checked the cooler on it? Or maybe there are other problems with the case fans. I had a similar problem. But my case was poorly ventilated overall, so I replaced it, especially since I had been planning to do so for a long time. Then I found how to show FPS in CS2 on VRedux so that I could immediately compare how much the frame rate had changed after my actions. Previously, it was a maximum of 40-50, then it immediately rose to 100 and the computer became less noisy, because before it used to hum very loudly.
