The Symptoms of Kidney Disease may develop slowly and may not be recognized in their initial stages. The most general signs and symptoms include fatigue, lack of energy, and inability to focus due to the accumulation of toxins in the body. Swelling in the lower extremities and faces may need to be checked if one experiences a lack of proper elimination of fluid by the kidneys. Noticeable signs of urination may involve urination in excess, presence of foam in the urine, urine being darker in color, and blood in the urine among others. Other signs and symptoms may involve nausea, lack of appetite, muscle spasms, dry and itchy skin, and shortness of breath among others.
