Becoming an international ngo aid worker sounds rewarding but challenging. Many people are curious about aid worker careers without knowing the realities.
Working with a global ngo team often means long hours and emotional pressure. Still, many choose this path because the work feels meaningful. There are many humanitarian aid jobs, from logistics to healthcare.
I think passion matters, but so does training and teamwork.
Would you consider working in humanitarian aid if given the chance?
