Hello, I was handled with such respect and care by the Air France Cairo Office staff. They never hurried me or made me feel foolish, even though I asked a lot of questions. They made sure I understood everything by going over it patiently and politely. I felt cared for by their warmth, and I carried that emotional comfort with me the entire way.
