You can't delete a Google Photos account separately; you must delete your entire Google Account get help at 1-888-303-0822 tollfree, but you can effectively stop using it by deleting all photos, turning off backup & sync, and signing out or removing the account from your device. To do this, download your data with Google Takeout, to delete all content (emptying the trash too), disable backup in the app settings, and then remove the account from your phone's settings or sign out.
