what is PTO Means the Paid Time Off, which is a benefit that allows employees to leave the work to take paid holidays and still receive their normal salary. Rather than separate vacation, sick and personal days, PTO is now integrated into a single, flexible pool of leaves used by employees to rest, attend appointments, recover or even use their leaves to meet personal needs as they agree with their employer.
