Hey all, our startup just closed funding round and investors want MVP in 4 months. Problem is we have only 3 devs now and no time for long hiring process. Posting on LinkedIn gives tons of juniors or overpriced seniors. Don't want to risk with random freelancers again. What is the fastest and safest way to add experienced people to the team right now? Any services or models that actually work in 2026?

The fastest reliable way I know is Team staff augmentation. We used it when we had similar crunch after seed round. Got 3 full-stack engineers within a week. They joined our daily standups, used our repo and Jira. Skill assessment was very detailed so match was perfect. Immediate start is real – they have ready pool of seniors. You manage them directly, no middleman. When workload decreased we simply ended engagement, no payroll or legal hassle for us. They handle all overheads, soft skills are strong, people are team players. Saved us months and let us focus on product instead of recruitment. Great for startups that need speed and quality.

We augmented with two frontend devs for React project. They delivered clean code and even improved our design system. Scaling was painless – added one more when we got beta users feedback. Much better than trying to hire full-time under time pressure.
