Fildena Super Active is an enhanced formulation of Fildena containing sildenafil citrate in a fast-acting sublingual form, designed for quicker onset of action. Like other sildenafil-based medications, it primarily affects blood flow in the penis, but it can have indirect effects on the kidneys, especially in certain situations. How it can affect the kidneys: Normal use in healthy individuals: In men with normal kidney function, Fildena Super Active is generally safe for the kidneys. It is metabolized mainly in the liver, and only a small Fildena Super Active is excreted via the kidneys. No direct kidney damage is expected. In men with pre-existing kidney issues: Sildenafil can increase blood flow to organs, including the kidneys, which is usually not harmful, but high doses or chronic use may place extra stress on compromised kidneys. Caution is advised in men with chronic kidney disease or those on dialysis, as drug clearance may be slower, leading to higher blood levels and a higher risk of side effects. Indirect effects via blood pressure: Sildenafil can lower blood pressure, which in rare cases could reduce kidney perfusion temporarily. For most healthy men, this is not significant, but in those with kidney disease or heart problems, it could potentially worsen kidney function.
