Prestige Evergreen Bangalore has units scattered across 21 acres. Thirteen Prestige Towers offers one to four bedroom homes. The 2000 new residences in Phase 2 are spread over 21 acres. Each flat has an average floor space of between 650 and 2500 square feet. The beginning price has increased by Rs 1.1 crore. If RERA approves the proposal, it can continue forward. RERA approval is planned to provide the Prestige Evergreen Specifications RERA number in October 2025. They will also attempt to gain support for the strategy from the BDA, BBMP, and BMRDC.
