To claim your free meal from the TellCulvers survey, first complete the feedback form at tellculvers.com survey using the code printed on your receipt. After finishing the survey, you will receive a validation code. Write this code clearly on your original receipt and bring it with you on your next visit to Culver’s. Present the receipt when ordering to redeem your free meal offer, usually a Butter Burger or similar reward. Make sure to check the expiration date and any terms listed on your receipt to ensure your reward is valid and accepted at the participating location.
