Vilitra 10 mg contains Vardenafil, a medicine used to treat erectile dysfunction. Taking it with alcohol is generally not recommended, especially in moderate to high amounts. What can happen when combined with alcohol: 1. Drop in blood pressure Both vardenafil and alcohol can lower blood pressure. When taken together, this effect may become stronger, leading to dizziness, lightheadedness, or even fainting, especially when standing up quickly. 2. Reduced sexual performance Alcohol itself can reduce sexual performance by affecting nervous system function, arousal, and erection quality. Vilitra 10 may counteract the benefits of Vilitra, making the medication feel less effective. 3. Increased side effects The combination may increase common side effects such as: Headache Flushing (warmth or redness in face) Fast heartbeat Nasal congestion Nausea 4. Poor judgment and delayed response Alcohol can reduce alertness and delay sexual response, which may further interfere with the intended effect of the medication.
