Tadalista CT 20 contains tadalafil, a PDE5 inhibitor used for erectile dysfunction. In people with certain eye disorders, it should be avoided or used only under strict medical supervision because it can rarely affect blood flow to the optic nerve. You should avoid Tadalista CT 20 (or use only with doctor approval) if you have: 1. Non-arteritic anterior ischemic optic neuropathy (NAION) This is the most important warning. If you have ever had sudden vision loss due to NAION in one eye, tadalafil is generally not recommended, because there is a risk (though rare) of recurrence Tadalista CT 20 the other eye. 2. Severe optic nerve disease Any existing optic nerve damage or progressive optic neuropathy should be evaluated carefully before use. 3. Retinitis pigmentosa A rare inherited retinal disorder affecting vision. PDE5 inhibitors are usually used with caution due to uncertain retinal sensitivity. 4. Sudden unexplained vision loss history If you have experienced sudden vision loss without a known cause, tadalafil should be avoided unless an ophthalmologist approves it. Important warning signs during use (stop medicine immediately) Seek urgent medical care if you experience: Sudden loss of vision in one or both eyes Blurred vision that appears suddenly Changes in color vision Eye pain with vision disturbance Why caution is needed Tadalafil can slightly affect blood flow in small vessels, including those supplying the optic nerve. In vulnerable individuals, this may worsen pre-existing conditions. If you want, I can also explain which heart, liver, or blood pressure conditions interact with Tadalista CT 20, since those are also important safety factors.
