I run a small clothing store with my brother and lately we’ve noticed more customers asking if we have an app instead of just a website. It honestly surprised me because a few years ago nobody around us cared about that stuff. Now it feels like mobile apps in the UAE are becoming a normal part of every business even for smaller brands. We are thinking about building one for online orders and loyalty rewards but I’m not sure if it’s worth the investment yet. Has anyone here launched an app recently and actually seen better customer engagement?
