From my personal experience, the cost of a 200 hour yoga teacher training should not only be viewed as an expense but also as an investment in long-term learning and self-development. Initially, I focused heavily on finding the lowest price possible, but once I joined the course, I realized how much effort goes into creating a quality training program. The teachers dedicated time to mentoring students individually, correcting posture alignment, and building teaching confidence. We also received course manuals, guided workshops, and supportive community experiences that added tremendous value to the training. In many cases, accommodation and nutritious meals were included, which also contributed to the overall price. After completing the course, I understood that a meaningful yoga teacher training experience offers much more than technical knowledge alone.
