I’ve been helping my cousin expand his import business in Jeddah and we’ve spent weeks checking different commercial locations. Most places looked decent online but felt outdated once we visited. Now he keeps insisting on getting one of those International Standard offices jeddah companies talk about because he wants overseas clients to feel comfortable during meetings. Honestly I didn’t think office standards mattered that much before but after seeing some terrible setups I kind of understand his point. Has anyone here rented one recently? Curious if the higher price actually brings better business opportunities or just a nicer interior.
