During a work trip through Dubai last winter, I noticed some travelers getting escorted through separate passport control lines while the rest of us were stuck waiting forever after a delayed arrival. Since then I’ve been paying more attention to premium concierge services at airports. Which airports do people think actually handle this stuff best? I travel a lot between Europe and Asia now, and some terminals feel organized while others are pure chaos no matter what class you fly.
