Tadarise 60 mg can be effective for erectile dysfunction (ED) in many men, but it is a high?strength tadalafil tablet and should be used only under medical supervision. It contains 60 mg of tadalafil, a PDE?5 inhibitor that boosts blood flow to the penis, helping you achieve and maintain a firmer erection when sexually stimulated. Because of the high dose, it can work longer (up to about 36 hours) and may suit men who do not respond well to lower strengths, but it also raises the risk of side effects like headache, dizziness, indigestionTadarise 60 mg back pain, or flushing. How it helps ED Tadalafil relaxes blood vessels so that more blood reaches the penis during arousal, improving the ability to get an erection and prolonging its duration. It does not act automatically; sexual stimulation is still required, and it does not increase libido or protect against sexually transmitted infections. When it may not be suitable Tadarise 60 mg is not recommended for everyone, especially if you have heart disease, low blood pressure, liver or kidney problems, or take nitrates (for chest pain) or certain blood?pressure drugs, as combined use can cause dangerous drops in blood pressure. Always consult a doctor first to check whether 60 mg is appropriate for you or if a lower dose (such as 10 or 20 mg) would be safer and enough to control your ED.
