Malegra Pro 100 mg is typically reconsidered medically when a man has an unfavorable risk–benefit balance from continued use or when his health status changes. It contains sildenafil citrate 100 mg, a PDE5 inhibitor used for erectile dysfunction (ED), and is usually reserved for men who do not respond adequately to lower doses such as 50 mg, or who tolerate it well.

When a doctor may reconsider it

New or worsening heart disease: If a man develops angina, unstable blood pressure, prior heart attack, stroke, or significant arrhythmia, doctors may stop or switch ED medicines like MALEGRA PRO 100 MG because sildenafil can lower blood pressure and interact with cardiac drugs.

Severe side effects: Persistent or severe headaches, dizziness, visual changes, chest discomfort, or prolonged erection (priapism) may prompt the doctor to reduce the dose, switch to a milder PDE5 inhibitor, or discontinue the medicine.

New simultaneous conditions or drugs: If the patient starts taking nitrates (for angina), certain antihypertensives, strong CYP3A4 inhibitors, or develops severe liver–kidney disease, Malegra Pro 100 mg is often contraindicated or needs careful re?evaluation.

Overall approach

Malegra Pro 100 mg is usually reconsidered at each follow?up if ED resolves, if the dose is clearly too high, or if the sexual?health strategy shifts (for example, toward lifestyle changes, counseling, or alternative ED treatments). Any change should be guided by a physician after checking blood?pressure, heart health, and concomitant medicines, to ensure safety while still addressing sexual function.
