Doctors usually prescribe Tadora 20 mg as an as-needed tadalafil tablet for erectile dysfunction, not as a casual daily medicine. The usual direction is to take one tablet with water about 30 to 60 minutes before sexual activity, and not more than one dose in 24 hours.

They often tell patients to swallow it whole and not crush or chew it, because the dose is meant to be absorbed in a controlled way. Tadora can be taken with or without food, but a heavy or high-fat meal may slow how quickly it starts working.

Prescribers also check safety first. TADORA 20 MG is generally avoided in people taking nitrates, and doctors are cautious if a patient has heart disease, low blood pressure, liver or kidney problems, or a recent stroke or heart attack.

If a doctor is using tadalafil for pulmonary arterial hypertension, the dosing pattern is different and may be once daily under specific supervision. For erectile dysfunction, though, the standard approach is take only when needed, before sex, and only as directed.

In simple terms, doctors prescribe Tadora 20 mg by matching it to the patient’s erectile dysfunction needs, medical history, and other medicines, then giving clear instructions on timing and dose limits.
