The biggest match of IPL 2026 turned into a showcase of disciplined bowling as Royal Challengers Bengaluru restricted Gujarat Titans in Ahmedabad. Despite enjoying home support and a strong batting lineup, GT never managed to settle against a relentless RCB attack.

The innings began on a positive note for Gujarat. Shubman Gill and Sai Sudharsan looked confident, but the breakthrough came quickly. Hazlewood removed Gill, and Bhuvneshwar followed by sending Sudharsan back to the pavilion.

With pressure building, the middle order struggled to counter RCB's aggressive approach. Nishant Sindhu attempted to rebuild but failed to convert his start. Jos Buttler, expected to anchor the innings, found scoring difficult and eventually lost his wicket at a critical moment.

Washington Sundar emerged as Gujarat's brightest performer. His well-crafted fifty provided resistance while wickets continued falling at the other end. However, the lack of support prevented GT from posting a truly competitive total.

RCB's bowlers consistently hit the right areas and backed it up with sharp fielding. Every time Gujarat looked ready to recover, another wicket arrived.

The performance highlighted why RCB reached the final. Their execution under pressure was exceptional, much like the reliability associated with go exchange in its space.
