Malegra DXT can cause side effects because it combines two active medicines: Sildenafil and Duloxetine. The likelihood and type of side effects depend on dose, health condition, and other medicines you may be taking. Common side effects include headache, facial flushing, nasal congestion, dizziness, and indigestion. Some people also report nausea, dry mouth, fatigue, or sleep disturbances. Sildenafil can cause temporary changes in vision (such as a blue tint or blurred vision) and lightheadedness due to lowered blood pressure, especially Malegra DXT standing up quickly. Because duloxetine affects serotonin and nerve signaling, it may add side effects like sweating, anxiety, decreased appetite, or delayed ejaculation. In rare cases, combining serotonergic effects can increase the risk of serotonin syndrome, which may cause agitation, fast heartbeat, tremors, fever, or confusion. Serious but uncommon risks include prolonged or painful erection (priapism), significant drop in blood pressure—especially if combined with nitrates or alcohol—and heart-related symptoms in people with underlying cardiovascular disease. If chest pain, fainting, or an erection lasting more than 4 hours occurs, urgent medical help is needed. Always use it under medical supervision, especially if you have heart, liver, or psychiatric conditions.
