I’ve been noticing a combination of symptoms that I think are related to POTS: cold hands and feet, shakiness when standing, and sometimes feeling weak like I might faint.
As a woman, I initially thought it was low iron or thyroid issues, but tests came back normal. My doctor now suspects autonomic dysfunction.
It’s especially bad in the mornings or when I haven’t eaten. I’ve started increasing salt and fluids, which helps slightly, but symptoms still come and go. Has anyone else experienced this mix of circulatory symptoms with POTS? pots in women
