Malegra 25 mg usually contains sildenafil, a medicine used for erectile dysfunction. It can be unsafe in certain situations because it can lower blood pressure and affect the cardiovascular system. Have had sudden vision loss due to NAION (a type of eye nerve problem) or certain inherited retinal disorders. Take alpha-blockers or multiple blood-pressure medicines without medical advice, as blood pressure may fall too much.
