Silditop 100 mg is marketed as a sildenafil medicine for erectile dysfunction (ED). If the product contains sildenafil 100 mg, there are several situations where it should not be used or requires medical supervision.
Do not take it with nitrate medicines such as nitroglycerin, isosorbide mononitrate, or isosorbide dinitrate. Combining sildenafil with nitrates can cause a potentially dangerous fall in blood pressure.
It should also not be combined with riociguat, a medicine used for certain forms of pulmonary hypertension, because both drugs can significantly lower blood pressure.
Avoid sildenafil if you have previously experienced an allergic reaction to sildenafil or any ingredient in the product.
People with very low blood pressure, certain serious cardiovascular conditions, or conditions where sexual activity is medically inadvisable should obtain medical advice before using sildenafil. Sildenafil can cause additional blood-pressure reduction, particularly in people taking antihypertensive medicines.
You should also avoid combining it with other PDE5 inhibitors or other sildenafil-containing products, unless specifically instructed by a healthcare professional.
Do not self-use SILDITOP 100 MG if you take nitrates or riociguat, have a sildenafil allergy, or have significant cardiovascular concerns. A pharmacist or doctor can review your medicines and health history to determine whether sildenafil is appropriate.
