I have been spending more time fishing in different areas and have started thinking about getting a small cabin near one of my favorite lakes. I know there can be hidden problems with older cabins, especially those close to water because of moisture and weather exposure. Has anyone here bought a fishing property and had it checked before making a decision? I was looking into Building inspection services near me to understand what things should be reviewed before purchasing. Would appreciate advice from anyone with experience owning a lake cabin.
