I’ve been spending more weekends fishing lately, and after several hours on the water my shoulders, lower back, and arms usually feel pretty worn out. Between carrying gear, casting repeatedly, and sitting in the boat, the soreness can last longer than expected.

I’m curious what other anglers do to recover after a full day of fishing. Do you have any stretching routines, recovery methods, or products you personally find helpful? I recently heard about Naysa cbd intensive relief rub and was wondering if anyone in the fishing community has tried something like this for post-trip muscle comfort.

Would love to hear what works for everyone, especially from people who spend many hours fishing regularly.
