Vilitra (vardenafil) may be used by some people with controlled hypertension, but it should be taken only after checking with a doctor, particularly if you take blood-pressure medicines. Vardenafil can further lower blood pressure; studies found an average maximum reduction of about 7 mmHg systolic and 8 mmHg diastolic.
