Cenforce Soft, if it contains sildenafil, can generally be used by some men with diabetes who have erectile dysfunction. Diabetes itself is not a contraindication to sildenafil. However, check with a doctor or pharmacist first if you have: Heart disease or poorly controlled blood pressure. Very low blood pressure. Kidney or liver problems. Medicines for blood pressure, especially Cenforce Soft -blockers. Nitrate medicines such as nitroglycerin or isosorbide — sildenafil must not be combined with these because of potentially dangerous low blood pressure. D DailyMed +1 Diabetes can itself cause erectile dysfunction by affecting blood vessels and nerves, so treating the underlying diabetes and cardiovascular risk factors is also important. If you tell me your age, diabetes medicines, BP reading, and whether you take any heart/BP medicines, I can explain whether sildenafil would be a concern for you.
