Malegra you mean the common product containing sildenafil, it does not appear to lower testosterone. In fact, some studies have found that sildenafil treatment was associated with a modest increase in testosterone, while another randomized study found no significant change in testosterone or other hormone patterns. P PubMed +1 So, in practical terms: Malegra/sildenafil is not a testosterone-lowering drug. It doesn't replace testosterone and shouldn't be used to treat low Malegra . If you have low libido, fatigue, or persistent ED, checking morning total testosterone can help determine whether low testosterone is contributing. Don't take testosterone supplements just to improve the effect of sildenafil; a large randomized trial found that adding testosterone to sildenafil did not provide additional erectile-function benefit in men with low testosterone. P PubMed If you tell me which Malegra strength you use (50, 100, etc.) and how often, I can explain whether that dose could affect testosterone, blood pressure, or blood sugar.
