Vilitra is generally marketed as a treatment for erectile dysfunction (ED) and contains vardenafil, a PDE-5 inhibitor. It helps increase blood flow to the penis when you are sexually stimulated. A few important points: It does not create an erection automatically; sexual stimulation is still needed. It is typically taken about 25–60 minutes before sexual activity. It should not be taken with nitrate medicines such as Vilitra /GTN or isosorbide because blood pressure can fall dangerously. If you have significant heart disease or take blood-pressure/heart medicines, check with a doctor before using it. Don't combine Vilitra with sildenafil (Cenforce/Fildena) or tadalafil (Vidalista) unless a doctor specifically instructs you to. If you tell me the Vilitra strength (10, 20, 40 mg, etc.) and your age, I can explain whether that particular dose is appropriate.
